Interesting book about strategic changes with good examples from real life

Rating: 5 because it gives a lot of good ideas and examples about how to make changes in an organisation.
It does not give you the receipe, but guidelines and examples from the real world and how different organisations have done.
I would recommend the book til leaders in organisations, that would like inspirations and guidelines for how to make changes in the organisation. I would also recommend it to others interested in strategic changes.
